We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (lunch 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.)
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (lunch 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
Friday: Closed
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24-hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Financial
Since everyone’s teeth are different, the cost of orthodontic treatment varies depending on your particular need. We realize that the costs of quality care can stretch a family budget at times, so we make every effort to offer good payment options. We will send out your insurance forms for you but need you to realize that insurance coverage is only an estimated benefit between you and your employer. The financial responsibility is still that of the responsible party.
We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Capital One as well as electronic bank transfers. We offer a professional discount and a discount for multiple family members in treatment. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
